Sleep Paralysis - One Method to Overcome

If you're reading this the most important thing you're looking for is something helpful so I am now going to tell you of one approach I have used to deal with to sleep paralysis.
In order for this technique to be useful (or work) you have to put aside any fear that you may feel during the sleep paralysis episode.

As soon as you recognise that you are experiencing a sleep paralysis episode just think 'oh no not this again' and I want you to fall straight back to sleep dismissing it completely.
Do this immediately whilst you are still groggy with sleep then you will fall back to sleep easily.
Then when you re-awake you should awake in a normal state.
There has been occasion when I have re-awakened into another paralysis episode,
in which case you repeat the process of falling back to sleep without worrying about paralysis.
In my experience time between the waking with paralysis and the waking normally is only short.
You need not worry about losing time if you were only going to be struggling with the paralysis in any case.
