Remote Viewing and the CIA Stargate Program

David Moorehouse was a US soldier who began to have psychic experiences after a close encounter between a bullet and his head. His troubled experiences drew the attention of certain people in the military and ultimately he was recruited and trained as part of the CIA Stargate program. The Stargate Program lends some credibility to the fact that Out of Body Experiences are a possibility for those who may be sceptical. The CIA put a great deal of effort into researching the subject and devising methods of training and best practice to enable their recruits to effectively practice a method called Remote Viewing.

Remote Viewing is unlike the OBEs I have discussed so far in that a part of the viewers mind or being is projected whilst consciousness is maintained. The participants in the Stargate program would sit with another person in the room who would act as a guide asking questions about what they saw in their environment and tell them to come back if things became too much for the viewer.

Some of the earlier use of remote viewers or psychic spies as they are often referred to, ran as various black ops programs headed by the pioneer in the feild for the USA Ingo Swan. These programmes became declassified around some time in the 1980s and information was released to the public under freedom for information requests . At that time the authorities claimed that remote viewing programmes had been discontinued however David Moorehouse accounts of being recalled to carry out remote viewing missions during the first Iraq war suggests otherwise.

It would seem that after the amount of time and resources spent by the USA in pursuing remote viewing programmes suggests that it provided valuable results for their purposes and therefore it would also seem unlikely that they would therefore terminate the program completely.

David Moorehouse' story also illustrates how much a closely guarded secret it is that remote viewing missions continue. When David's doubts about the morality of the Stargate program convinced him to get out and go public it very nearly cost him his life. He was extremely brave to speak out and very lucky to survive.

Sleep Paralysis is a Good Thing!

To Say that Sleep Paralysis is a good thing might seem an odd statement, especially to someone who has only recently begun the experience. After all what can possibly be good about losing control of your body, whilst being terrified out of your mind? Well first of all with some education, your sleep paralysis experiences will change, taking away the sensations of terror and giving you a greater amount of control than you ever had before.

Depending on your background, upbringing, location, religious or social indoctrination and personal beliefs that have formed the paradigm through which you view the world today, much of what is discussed in this blog may clash with your current outlook on life.

The fact is Sleep Paralysis is a good thing because it opens up a whole new world of possibilities to you. It is a doorway that reveals itself only to a select few. This is the beginning of a pathway to discovery, self mastery and evolution. Although this is something that may take time and the path may not always be easy consider yourself fortunate to have been led to this path in the first place for what lays ahead is beyond the reach of many another man.

We spend around 8 out of every 24 hours asleep. How much more fulfilling could your life be if during that time you could control and recall that time?

Out of the Body - a first hand account

Last week I had my second recall of an exit experience and I wonder now if this is a very regular occurance that only rarely ends with a memory accessable by the physical mind.  Its certainly a complicated process when you have different streams of conciousness, awareness and memory operating at the same time.  Perhaps it is only when the personality/conciousness normally residing in the physical, transfers awareness to another vehical, that the memory is retained?

What happened on this occacssion when I felt the familiar sensations of sleep paralysis overcomming me is that I just rolled out of my body.  Its almost like an habitual instinct to do this when my body experiences certain sensations I know that its a window of opportunity to slip out.  This habitual feel about it is one clue that leads to the suspicion that this occurance is more frequent than I can remember.

I succesfully got out of the body and neglected to put a good distance between me and my body.  So as I stood there in my room realising I was acquiring astral sight I began to feel a tug towrads my body.

Going back to the astral sight, I knew it was such because as my vision started to appear I tried to make the sight clearer and instinctivly opened my physical eyes.  I closed them immediately once I had done so realising what I had inadvertanly done in trying to see, by the flash of the viewpoint that my physical body had in it's bed.

The sight cleared up some and as I tried to leave into the next room it was like trying to walk with a bungee rope attached to your back.  As I tried to resist its pull I swung round all over the place, through the window over the yard swinging back through the kitchen wall window into the gloom of the ceiling.  As I passed over the yard on my elastic like fly by I clearly saw the blue bin I had reposition the day before with its big white numbers painted on the top.

As some point I did manage to circumvent the magnectic pull of my body and was above the houses looking down.  I couldn't make out my garden in the gloom.  I can't be sure that it was that dark and suspected that my astral sight at the moment was only sufficienly developed for short distances.  Only time and future adventures will tell.

A Long Deep Sleep

In 1955 a law was passed in India to prevent Yogi known as a sadhu, from burying themselves in the ground alive. This intervention came about after a number of sadhu, who upon retrieval, had been found to be largely eaten by white ants while in the earth.

You see the sadhu had the ability to put themselves into a death-like state and then return to life non the worse for wear, at a later time. During this exercise they would be buried in the ground just like a corpse and would leave instruction as to when they should be exumed from their grave so that they may re-awaken.

The purpose of this practice was to allow the astral body to undertake journeys into the other realms. The Eastern books speak of the six realms of Sangsaric existence which the Yogi seeks to traverse and then eventually to transcend in order that they may reach enlightenment.

There are few notable stories of people known to have accomplished the feat of being buried for a lengthy time and returned with no ill effect. This is sometimes refered to as 'suspended animation'. One such fellow lived in the 1800s and went by the name of Haridas and was witnessed by a government minister called Raja Dhyan Singh in one of his demonstrations. The minister brought Haridas to the attention of the Mahrarja of Lahore who, intrigued by the story demanded a demonstration himself. Haridas obliged. The Maharaja had a grave of stone made for the event, put his personal seal on the linen bag which enclosd Haridas body and placed him in padlocked chest. As further measures to counteract any trickery once buried the Maharja planted barley over the top of the grave and assigned a company of 4 soldiers to gaurd the grave day and night.

Haridas was to be buried for ten months and his internment and exumation was witnessed also by the French General Ventura and Captain Wade. Also present at the preparations before the burial and at the grave side were several British Officers, the British political agent at Lodhiana and the principle Sihk chiefs.

On examination by doctors before his burial it was discovered Haridas had cut the tissue under his tongue. This was so that it could be flung back into the throat to plug the wind pipe. Haridas would also plug his ears and nostrels for the procedure. This blocking of the ears and airways was to prevent any bacteria entering the body that might infect the internal organs during the ten months underground. It also shows that evidently there would be no breathing taking place during the suspended animation.

Despite the Maharajas precautions so far he ordered that Haridas be exumed three times during the ten month period so that he may see that he was in fact in the grave and he was each time, his still body displaying no sign of decomposing.

On his final unearthing Haridas was again examined by doctors who found no sign of life apart from a warmth about the head, but no pulse. Haridas' servants then performed their process of revival which included a hot bath and anointing of the eyes and tongue. Haridas slowly came to consciousness and recognised those present. This feat made Haridas a rich man thanks to the Maharaja's appreciation.

Another tale of intrigue is of the sadhu who was discovered by construction workers in the 17th century. While digging a drainage ditch they disturbed his grave and brought him upto the surface after noticing that he was fully preserved although obviously in a grave of some age. Once sunlight hit his body the sadu stirred into life. After a few moments the sadhu was conscious and declared he had been buried for 100 years. Now there's one way to time travel.

For your piece of mind I should say that no one prone to sleep paralysis is likley to fall into 'suspended animation' unwittingly.  It takes the sadhu decades of training to be able to accomplish this state.

Starting Conscious Exits

This morning I experienced a conscious exit, out of body experience.

I was woken at 5.30 by the neighbour and feeling rather awake decided to get up have a drink etc. But no food. I returned to bed to try and get a couple more hours. As I drifted eventually into sleep that heavy sensation often felt with sleep paralysis overcame me, a result I believe of sleeping when then body has really had sufficient sleep already. I was dreaming and stopped what I was doing in my dream. I then began to get a fuzzy floaty feeling all over. I wasn’t dreaming anymore but was aware of being in bed and deduced by my sensations that I was free of my body. I rolled over from my right side and got out of bed. I was out! I turned to look at my body but felt a strange sensation so to avoid getting any unwanted feedback I kept my eyes closed. I remembered that putting a good distance between you and your body eliminated the likely hood of feedback so still with my eyes closed I headed for the garden via the window. I was cautiously climbing through the window my stomach sliding over the window sill although I couldn’t feel the glass. Half through the window I felt for the ground outside and my hand found the concrete surface.

At this point I decided to open my eyes to see what I was doing so I could move a little quicker. I opened my eyes and saw the view from my physical body, I had opened my physical eyes and could simultaneously feel the concrete on the palm of my right hand and the pillows it was sandwiched between. I felt that heavy sensation in my body again and tried to move to see if I was in paralysis. A strange thing happened as I moved my legs out from under the duvet and onto the sheet within my view I could feel the movement but couldn’t see my legs. As I moved my legs I noticed the depressions and ruffles in the sheet from the movement but no legs. Then after blinking at this realisation a ghostly transparent image of my legs faded into view. I was now thinking If I was at the window an second ago and I can see a pair of legs here I must be split into three right now. I closed my eyes for a second and when I re-opened them I was normal self awake in my physical body looking at the exact same piece of bed that I was a moment ago when I saw my ghostly legs.

I should have immediately tried to sleep again but had experienced such a degree of disbelief at finally having a conscious exit during the exit and was quite excited at having experienced it so lay there mulling it in my mind and the drowsiness wore off quickly.

What's Really Happening?

"It was the night before Friday and Saturday when I woke up.
My room was covered in pink fog and I looked around to see where I was.
I saw my own lamp and knew I was in my room.
It was strange I was in my bed but didn't know in which position.

I couldn't feel my legs or arms, as if I was paralyzed.
I felt very light but still under my blanket. I couldn't move, only my eyes moved a little."

Notice how this account describes a typical sleep paralysis experience. The pink fog probably is the individuals interpretation of obscured vision, possibly astral sight. The fact that she feels very light under the blanket suggests she is describing her projected self, possibly not completely exited.
This story is being told by Tarja Katiska. This is how it continues.

"To my left, next to the bed I saw pale, small beings. They had wrinkled faces. I wasn't afraid of them. I felt like this was the beginning of an adventure. Where would we go to? I was ready to follow them. They saw what I was thinking and they smiled in a friendly way. I saw one of them taking a notepad and pen and they said "write." I hesitated. What and to whom should I write? They told me just to write."

This story was actually told as an encounter with aliens for the making of a Finish UFO & Paranormal documentary.

Multiple Dimensions and Multiple Bodies.

To better gain an understanding of what an Out of Body Experience (OBE) or an astral projection is, let us look at couple of basic questions?

  1. What is it, going Out of Body or Projecting from me?

  2. Where is the escaping part going to?

Ok, in relation to question 2, exiting the body you are not in the exact same plane of existence (dimension) as your physical body. There are seven different dimensions, and within each one there are another seven planes which then contain subplanes themselves. But to keep it simple we'll just say there are seven levels of existence which we'll call dimensions.

The seven dimensions can be called;

  1. The Physical - where we live

  2. The Astral
  3. The Mental

  4. The Buddhic

  5. The Atmic

  6. The Anupadaka

  7. The Adi

It is not possible to give a description of these planes that conveys what they are truly like or explain them in an understandable fashion, such is the complexity of dimensional theory. What is commonly agreed is that the other six planes vibrate at a higher frequency than the physical plane. That statement in itself can be quite meaningless to most of us!

I think one way to look at that statement is to imagine the spectrum of light, or the different colours in a rainbow. Each colour has a different frequency that determines its place in the light spectrum and that colour exists without intrusion in it's defined space in the spectrum, determined by it's frequency. In the same way each dimension vibrates at its own frequency.

Ok so now we've got an idea of the where, back to question 1. What?

There are many types of OBE and as a result there are many types of what we call, 'projected double', as mentioned in the post 'Out of body, out of mind?

There are three aspects of this projectable double and these are called;

  • The Real Time Body
  • The Astral Reflection
  • The Astral Body

(There are other aspects of the body that we may refer to later on so don't think of these 3 parts as exclusive.)

Realm of the Real Time

Projectors will often refer to a projection in 'Real Time' or within their Real Time body. The realm of Real Time is that dimension which is closest to the physical dimension. It is in fact a nonphysical reflection of the physical dimension. For example a projector can pass through solid matter in this realm (it's non physical) but it's appearance is much the same as our reality here. Time passed in this Real Time dimension is the same in duration as time here which is why it is called 'Real Time' . This is the place that most projectors will find themselves during an OBE. You'll have noticed this place isn't on the list. Probably because the Eastern theory which formed the list perceived it to be a sub-realm. Modern thinking doesn't always agree but we need not worry about that now.

The Astral

This is where the descriptions become difficult. The Astral dimension is unlike the Real Time and the physical. The physics of the astral plane do not obey fixed laws, they are variable and the astral environment can even be effected by the mind of the projector. So because of this fact alone, any predictability and certainty that you get with our physical reality may not be so in the astral. I've never taken acid/LSD but I imagine that's the closest experience to the astral you could get here.

When the projector experiences an OBE in his astral body it is a more stable experience. The astral plane is the astral body's natural environment and control of ones body will feel a little easier as this body is more energised than the real time self.

So there's a little introduction to the realms and the chariots in which we travel. I hope that makes sense.

Sleep Paralysis Stories - Something Pinned Me Down

This is a story someone told me a few weeks back from their personal experience. This particular person, I should mention, has been a practitioner of the qabalah for quite a few years. I mention this because such a person has a slightly different take on things than that of your average person and is likely to act differently in certain situations given their knowledge.
The experience he told was from a while ago but he recalled half waking, with the sensation of being held down by a weight on his chest. He could see a large black shape on his chest. He described the shape as sitting there like a cat, just looking at him. It was a being of some sort, what, he didn't know. His main concern at this point was getting free of it. Although he couldn't physically move he moved his right arm outside of his physical arm (as you might in achieving an OBE) and grabbed the being and hurled it through the window next to his bed.

He described the shock of this thing when he grabbed hold of it, as if that had never happened to it before and was totally un-expected. (I can't remember if this was a sense or from it's appearance). I should imagine it even less expected to be hurled out of a window. In retrospect he expressed regret in his action and felt sorry for what ever it was that was sat on him that night.

I know many sleep paralysis victims have experienced the sensation and or belief that they have been pinned down in their sleep by something or someone. While there are many possible explanations for this which we'll go into another time I'll just mention the story of the succubus.

The Succubus is a female spirit that visits young men in their sleep to copulate with them. It tends to visit only teenage boys because they are brimming with hormones at that age and give the succubus a high amount of sexual energy on which she feeds and sustains herself.

Other details of the succubus vary depending on the source as its one of those creatures that features in mythologies across the world.

You will still here stories of people today who undergo the succubus experience. A reality or a common dream?

Out of Body, Out of Mind?

Out of Body Experiences and Astral Projection are the same thing to some authors on the subject. Some writers even include Lucid Dreaming as just another description for an OBE or projection. The more technical experts on this subject however will view each term as a different event arising and experienced in a different form to the other. I would tend to agree that at least two of these three names are not the same thing.

Here is a description of Astral Projection by Abisheck Agarwal;

"It is a process by which the human consciousness temporarily leaves the physical body and functions independently, while the physical body remains passive and still throughout.

This results in observing the world from a point of view other than that of the physical body and by means other than those of the physical senses.

Sometimes, however we have complete waking consciousness during the experience, and remember the event in every detail upon returning to the physical body. Mostly this happens without any forethought, by complete surprise and more often than you might think."

When the human consciousness leaves the body it travels in a vehicle more suited to the astral plane, the astral body. Robert Bruce in talking about OBEs clarifies the point well by saying;

"When you project out of body you are not leaving your body an empty shell devoid of mind, spirit, and soul. The term out-of-body experience is really a misnomer, because your spirit is not actually departing your physical body. Rather, you are transferring a perfect thinking copy of your consciousness into a projected double that can exist outside the confines of your physical body and mind. The transfer of this copy occurs automatically during the OBE exit process. In essence, this can permit projectors to experience two places at once."

This creation of a double, a copy of your mind, is the reason that two streams of memory and experience can exist at one time, as first mentioned in the post Who is The Night Stalker.
It gets more complicated as other copies/bodies come into the theory and is confused further by the fact that the names for them will differ between projectors & authors. The descriptions of these bodies may also often be coloured slightly by a particular religious outlook.
For the sake of clarity I will look at the breakdown of our bodies and describe them in terms that are the made the most accessible. Perhaps a better understanding of the attributes of each body will provide some greater insight for the sleep paralysis victim.

The Alternative Escape Route

In contrast to the advice I have given so far on how to break out of a sleep paralysis episode I thought I would share an alternative point of view purely because, complex beings that we are, some methods may work better for some than others.

On finding yourself in conscious paralysis focus on trying to move just one part of you, the big toe is usually recommended. The theory being that once you manage to move your big toe the rest of your body will suddenly become free and you will have complete control again.

I have had success with this method and once I managed to move a small part of me then I did become free. This was just one time however among many, many times that I have tried so hard to move but with no success. The same goes for trying to talk or shout, I have tried so hard many times and only once managed to make some small croak.

While this approach of breaking out of the sleep paralysis may work better for some I still think the more relaxed approach and going back to sleep for a little while is still best. The reason for this is that in fighting against the paralysis you increase your levels of anxiety in the process. If it doesn't work you just make yourself more scared and bring more stress upon yourself and it becomes a bigger problem for you in general.

If your not too troubled by the experience however and you're not finding it traumatising then you may wish to try moving. Just another tactic for you only you can decide which you'd prefer to take.

Story Time - SP victims read with caution!!! (or not at all)

A lot of sleep paralysis stories tell of a sensation of being pinned down or a weight on their chest holding them down. In actual fact they are probably focusing on that part of the paralysis sensation for whatever reason and at the same time not realising that in actual fact they are paralysed from head to toe.

The stories also tell of something holding them down. Is this the minds interpretation in the midst of panic?

An experience I always remember is fighting against something that seemed to have me pinned down tight as I lay on my back. I couldn't break free and I knew something was on top of me in the darkness or in the invisible. So panicked was I that I started to recite the Lords prayer, The 'Our Father' in a bid to banish whatever it was that held me down. It was a rare occasion indeed that made me pray at that time, in my mid twenties. Surprisingly it didn't help. What happened next is possibly the most unexpected and frighteningly defeating turn of events that could happen to someone who was born and raised in a christian faith environment. The thing that held me down continued to do so and as I said the words of the Lords prayer it mimicked me, mockingly! Repeating one line in one ear the next line in the other ear. My praying was NOT going to help me free.

At this point my emotions just turned. Instead of fear and panic I suddenly just got incredibly angry and lost my temper with such a force that as I pushed back and shouted the words 'Oh just **** off will you!' it left, whatever it was just vanished.

I smile at the mimicry of the event, because it was a Trump move. Laughing in the face of God, how could it be immune I thought. But it has crossed my mind recently after learning and blogging about the mindsplit effect, was that thing, in fact a projection of me messing around on its way home? At 24 it was the kind of sick joke I might have played. Whatever it was it hasn't been back.

Energy Flows Where Attention Goes / Managing Your Mind.

Thought I'd just quickly blog my thoughts on the above statement for a couple of reasons. Firstly it's worth bearing in mind if you suffer sleep paralysis episodes and secondly it's effected my sleep recently.

Blogging and reading about sleep paralysis and projection has caused it to appear in my dreams. Somewhat imitating the symptoms of sleep paralysis experiences sometimes. I used to experience difficulty with moving my vision in paralysis and just the other night I dreamt a similar experience but was totaly blind in one eye.

Last night in my dream the symptoms I was feeling led me to believe I was neither awake or asleep and that I may well be out of my body. Fairly excited at the prospect I raced to the window expecting to pass through it and into the street. Instead I felt my hand hit the solidity of the window sill. I can't be projecting I suddenly deduced, but I'm not out of bed either. So I tried to open my eyes to see if I was really concious or dreaming. When I opened them what I saw told me I was dreaming so I again tried to open my eyes. I don't recall If I actually awoke or not.

What you can see from this is that from spending a fair quantity of time thinking about this subject I am now dreaming about having paralysis and projection episodes. I'm dreaming within dreams and dreaming of waking within dreams? It can all get very confusing and how then can you tell if you had a paralysis episode last night or wether you just dreamed about having one. After all anxieties often come out in our dreams too.

The point of all this? Manage your mind.
If you want to avoid this type of confusion and lessen the episodes then simply remember what you've read to help you through and untill the occasion requires it, forget about it. Don't spend hours trawling the net and reading books if it starts to disturb you further.

Once you've read something comforting or enlightening leave it at that for a while. You can always come back to it another time rather than swamp your mind with so much info it keeps churning it over in your sleep.

Go To Sleep

Just returned from a couple of weeks break so just a short post today.

When someone experiences a high degree of disturbance from their sleep paralysis, or waking paralysis as it is sometimes called, there is often a tendency to avoid sleep. You will avoid sleeping because you don't want to have the experience again. If you do this this you only increase the likely hood of its occurrence. You are more likely to re-experience sleep paralysis if you are suffering from lack of sleep.

It can be tough if you've had a busy day and you've got go be up early again the next day and your night is disturbed by a unwanted paralysis episode. When you come out of it you will most likely feel a heavy tiredness, a sluggishness. Get up, raid the fridge or make yourself a drink maybe read for 20 minutes. That way when you return to bed you will sleep more soundly without a re-occurrence of the sleep paralysis.

Don't stay up all night, it's easy to think like that but it's a downward spiral if you begin to avoid sleeping and one which can cause a multitude of problems mostly degrading your mental health which will have a knock on affect in other areas.

So go to bed and sleep well.

Beware of Increasing the Fear

I'd just like to give a few words of warning about researching this subject, especially on the Internet.

There are those who have documented sleeping/waking paralysis who seek only to sensationalise the topic to make it interesting to the everyday reader or viewer. I have seen a couple of video clips on the Internet that turn it into a sort of horror flick. For anyone currently suffering with the condition to see such material would just terrify them further. I know had I seen such material years ago I would have been horrified. So if you must dig, be cautious.

For anyone who knows someone who suffers from sleep paralysis but has not experienced it themselves, you need to be sensitive to the fears this person will have and the terror they may have experienced which you won't understand. Exacerbating the fear, giving them other scenarios to worry about only makes things worse. Overcoming the fear is key in the solution. My future posts will aid in this process.

Who is The Nightstalker

The thing that you call you is made of more than just one part. To illustrate let's take the concept that man is made of the physical body and a soul within that body. Now imagine that the soul is made up of more than one part. In a similar way that your body contains a heart, brain and lungs, the soul has more than one part also. However unlike the body the souls separate parts can move apart from one another. For now it is probably easier to imagine these parts as being copies of one another, (although they have different attributes).

If you have researched sleeping paralysis before you may have come across the phenomenon of out of body experiences known as OBE for short. Don't be mistaken into thinking that this is something that only occurs in near-death experiences. There are a great many people who experienced OBEs regularly and by choice. For the majority of people this takes quite a degree of training but there are a few who have a natural ability for OBEs.

When the out of body experience occurs there is something called the mind split which occurs. What this means is that there are two strains of memory being recorded at the same time. One by the part of you outside the body and the other by the remaining parts of you, in your bed.

Now for some reason during sleep paralysis your awareness is only in the part of you that is in bed. It is likely that you just awakened after separation. The presence that you are aware of close by, is another part of you! Each part has its own awareness and memory. You are experiencing awareness from the part of you that has awoken.

Although you are also out of your body, what we will call projecting, you could not receive the experiences of that part of you until the parts are re-joined and only then can memories be synchronised. But they very rarely are for reasons we’ll discuss another time.

Experts on the subject of out of body experiences describe an unpleasant feedback situation which can occur when the projecting body is in close proximity to the physical body. This accounts for part of the overwhelming feelings suchas terror some paralysis victims experience.

So next time this happens know that it's only yourself you are sensing and not monsters comming to get you.

Understanding That Fear

So many people report feelings of great anxiety during sleep paralysis. This is not just a cause of the paralysis but because of the presence of something else very nearby. This can be just a feeling or you may hear sounds also. You may see something which is why some people are said to see demons or aliens. During My First two experiences I saw something. At the foot of my bed I saw a figure dressed in black robe. I don’t know what it was and I have never seen it since as far as I can recall. During most of my sleep paralysis episodes I have felt something else in the room or just outside the room. Obviously when you can't move for to see what this is its unnerving and you're aware that you are indefensible. If I have not had an episode or for a while it catches me unaware and I will think that there is an intruder in my home. So when I said earlier put aside your fear it can be easier said than done.
So I want to tell you something that will take away that fear and give you a greater understanding of what exactly is going on so the next time you have a sleep paralysis episode you can recognise things for what they are.

Sleep Paralysis - One Method to Overcome

If you're reading this the most important thing you're looking for is something helpful so I am now going to tell you of one approach I have used to deal with to sleep paralysis.
In order for this technique to be useful (or work) you have to put aside any fear that you may feel during the sleep paralysis episode.

As soon as you recognise that you are experiencing a sleep paralysis episode just think 'oh no not this again' and I want you to fall straight back to sleep dismissing it completely.
Do this immediately whilst you are still groggy with sleep then you will fall back to sleep easily.
Then when you re-awake you should awake in a normal state.
There has been occasion when I have re-awakened into another paralysis episode,
in which case you repeat the process of falling back to sleep without worrying about paralysis.
In my experience time between the waking with paralysis and the waking normally is only short.
You need not worry about losing time if you were only going to be struggling with the paralysis in any case.
